What are your business hours?

While our manufacturing facility remains operational all day, every day, throughout the year (24x7), our offices are open only on weekdays between 09:00 to 17:30 BST. The best way to contact us outside of our business hours is via email ([email protected]).

What is the minimum order value?

Can I place an order for custom / bespoke packaging products?

Payment

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments via debit card, BACS, CHAPS or cheque. For more information, please call us on 0345 224 3691 / 0208 848 0785 OR email us on [email protected].

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes, simply email your purchase order to us on [email protected].

Can I open a credit account?

Yes. The first two orders are strictly pro-forma basis only, after which, you will be emailed a credit account application form.

Can I get a VAT invoice for my purchase?

Yes. You will receive an electronic copy of the VAT invoice after payment and satisfactory receipt of your order.

Delivery

Do you offer same-day dispatch?

Yes, all orders for stock lines placed before 14:00 BST on working days will be dispatched the same day using a next working day service. Please note that on the rare occasion that we do not have your ordered items in stock, we will notify you as soon as possible.

How do you deliver?

We generally deliver using nationwide pallet network services as well as our own vehicles and using freight forwarding companies.

Next working day deliveries can be made anytime between 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays only. However, for an additional fee, we can accommodate next working day AM and Saturday deliveries.

If your Postcode begins with AB31-38, AB41-56, HS1-9, IV1-63, KW1-17, PA20-88, PH9, PH10, PH15-50, ZE1-3, KA27-28, FK19-21, BT, TR21-25, JE, GY, IM1-9, PO30-41, and for the Republic of Ireland, please allow 3-5 days for delivery, and expect to pay an additional carriage charge.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt and hence, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

How much does delivery cost?

Our minimum order is £750 + VAT which includes next working day delivery within mainland UK. Orders less than this carry a delivery charge of £20.

However, for an additional fee, we can accommodate next working day AM and Saturday deliveries.

If your postcode begins with AB31-38, AB41-56, HS1-9, IV1-63, KW1-17, PA20-88, PH9, PH10, PH15-50, ZE1-3, KA27-28, FK19-21, BT, TR21-25, JE, GY, IM1-9, PO30-41, and for the Republic of Ireland, please allow 3-5 days for delivery and expect to pay an additional delivery surcharge.

Can you deliver to a PO Boxes?

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt and hence, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Do you accommodate collections?

Yes, you can collect your order or arrange your own courier pickup from our warehouse in Hayes, UK. Please note that your order will only be released upon receipt of full payment and a delivery note confirming receipt of your ordered items will have to be signed.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

All our orders are processed via an automated dispatch system, hence, although you can be assured that we will try our best to accommodate change of address requests after an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee it.

Returns & Cancellations

Can I return an order?

If you are unhappy with your order, you may return it to us at your cost for a full refund, credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase, so along as it is a stock line. Please note that bespoke produced lines cannot returned.

On the rare occasion that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we can arrange a collection and credit, exchange or refund at no extra cost to you.

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled so long as production has not commenced and/or the order has not been dispatched.

Can I request a sample?

Yes. To request a sample at no cost to you, please email us on [email protected]. Please simply provide the product specification (type and size) you would like to receive a sample for along with your complete delivery address.
